最难移民的国家
瑞士是世界上最难移民的国家。
你需要在这里居住满12年才可以申请永久绿卡，而且是连续居住12年，中间打断了就要重来。
那么你要怎么才能在瑞士合法居住12年呢？
要么你有本事能在当地找到一份工作，并不是普通的工作，而是要瑞士当地人无法胜任，又确实需要的岗位。这个难度有多大？大家应该可以想象得到。
要么你有钱有精力，投资至少50万瑞士法郎，相当于363万人民币，但并不是说能够拿出这点钱就行了，你还要用这些钱在当地搞投资，雇佣几个瑞士当地人，给他们发工资。瑞士人的工资出奇得高，平均月工资6200瑞士法郎，4万多人民币。
要么你能找到一个瑞士伴侣，异性和同性都行，瑞士禁止歧视同性恋，同性婚姻合法。
不管是哪种方法，都是要连续居住满12年，每年必须居住满185天，这12年里如果有一年你没有达到这个居住要求，再想申请绿卡就要等下一个12年。
瑞士移民为什么要这么难呢？
因为瑞士人民很傲娇。
如果你投胎到了瑞士，一生下来就是瑞士人，那么恭喜你，你这一生基本上衣食无忧。
大家都知道，瑞士有钱，人家有瑞士手表和瑞士军刀这些高端制造业，瑞士制药这种高端医疗产业，还有瑞士银行这个世界闻名的“保险箱”，不用搞房地产、卖石油都能富得流油。
而且有钱还舍得给人民花。每年拿出近20%的gdp来给大家发福利。
根据统计，瑞士每10个人里就有1个千万富翁，几乎人人都是百万富翁。生在这样的国家，自然傲娇，自然会吸引全世界的人想要移民，想来的人多了，自然要设立极高的门槛。

从不歧视华人
瑞士移民虽然难，但华人人才多，再高的门槛都有人能够满足。目前在瑞士的华人数量有3万人左右。
在如今的瑞士，华人从不担心会遇到被歧视的情况，这与瑞士移民政策的转变、社会的多元化和瑞士华人的特殊性都有关系。
瑞士本来并不是一个移民国家。
我们现在说一个国家是移民国家，要看他的人口结构和移民政策，像美国就是典型的移民国家，绝大部分美国人往上倒三辈，几乎都是其他国家的移民。但瑞士并不是这样。
瑞士在很长一段时间里，都是很排斥外国移民的。因为他们的小日子实在是太好了，当欧洲被两次世界大战搞成了人间地狱的时候，瑞士作为永久中立国却依然可以“诗和远方”。所以他们并不愿意欧洲的穷邻居们跑过来打扰自己的生活。
但是，从上个世纪90年代之后，瑞士人对移民的态度有了巨大的转变。因为他们意识到，瑞士如果想要发展，就必须要引进高素质的外国劳动力。
于是，他们开始设立很高的移民门槛，只要你能通过这个门槛移民到瑞士，那就证明是他们想要的人才，把你当成了自己人，希望你可以尽快融入瑞士，认可他们的文化和价值观。
在这样的政策下，瑞士外国移民的数量开始大幅增加，现在瑞士人口里，有20%是外国移民。
瑞士华人和其他国家的华人还有一个很大的不同，那就是几乎没有“黑户”。
瑞士华人的素质都相对较高，51%的华人都接受过高等教育，三分之二的华人年龄在20—39岁之间，还有一部分华人是自费或者公费在瑞士学习。这些人在国内，基本都属于高学历精英人群。
瑞士华人都是上个世纪90年代开始来的，大部分能够留在瑞士的，都申请了永久绿卡，还有很多加入了瑞士国籍，以表示自己的完全融入。

这些高素质的中国人才，正是瑞士需要引进的。
随着移民政策的转变，瑞士也成为了一个非常注重文化多元的国家，对各种文化的包容性极强。
瑞士的官方语言有四种，法语、德语、意大利语，还有一种叫做罗曼什语。这种罗曼什语在瑞士仅有0.5%的人口使用，但却被列为官方语言之一，足见这个国家对多元文化的保护。
综合以上几点，再加上全世界对于反歧视的政治正确，如今的瑞士，不仅华人不会遭到歧视，所有的外来移民都不会遇到这个问题。

为什么有的地方会排外？
为什么这个世界有的国家就存在排外和种族歧视，有的国家就没有呢？这就要看这个国家的主要矛盾是什么。
我们看过很多华人在美国、在欧洲遇到歧视的案例，主要都是经济矛盾所产生。
华人很早就开始移民欧美国家，一开始出去都是为了去打工赚钱，还有的被半哄半骗上了贼船，签下了奴工一样的包身契约。所有人想的都是从这些国家早点搞到钱，然后回国娶媳妇盖房子。
所以华人可以接受最苛刻的工作环境、最低廉的薪资，这让当地工人感到不满，认为是破坏规则，所以要一起来排斥华人。
华人移民触动到了当地人的利益，这才是排华和歧视最重要的原因。
而当新的一批富裕起来的中国人移民到欧美国家之后，他们的财富令欧美人暂时无法接受。
就好像之前的穷亲戚暴富之后，跑到上海买房买车，你买不起的奢侈品，他们就像买白菜一样轻松，这种心里落差一时半会是很难平复的。再加上一些中国新富们确实素质差，喜欢炫耀，更给了别人批评歧视你的素材。
但是这些矛盾和问题，在瑞士都很完美的避免了。
首先，瑞士华人不像欧美华人一样，有着漫长的打工历史，瑞士移民的大门是90年代才开的，超高的门槛让想要来打工的华人望而却步。前面介绍过，瑞士的工作签证，只发给那些瑞士人无法胜任又确实需要的岗位，所以能够在瑞士找到工作的华人，不存在和瑞士人抢工作机会的情况，这个矛盾就避免了。
而我们听过华人在美国炫富、在加拿大炫富、在欧洲其他国家炫富，却从未听过有人跑到瑞士炫富的，毕竟这里是世界上贫富差距最小的国家，人家才不稀罕你多有钱，你买得起的人家也基本都能买得起。而且真正的顶级富豪，从不炫富，他们只会把钱存在瑞士银行的账户里，想低调还来不及。
没有了这两个主要矛盾，谁还有空去歧视他人呢？
古人说：“仓廪实而知礼节，衣食足而知荣辱”。在一个不用争抢就能得到丰富资源的国家，谁不想做一个君子？谁愿意勾心斗角？谁愿意想着算计他人？谁有空去拉帮结派？谁不想岁月静好，与世无争呢？
所以说，有钱，就该移民瑞士这样的国家。

They had arrived in San Francisco, where their ship was decommissioned, and Paul bet that he would find himself a wife within two weeks. He was a taut, tattooed engine mechanic, six feet tall, with a passing resemblance to James Dean. But it wasn’t his looks that got him a date with Clara Hagopian, a sweet-humored daughter of Armenian immigrants. It was the fact that he and his friends had a car, unlike the group she had originally planned to go out with that evening. Ten days later, in March 1946, Paul got engaged to Clara and won his wager. It would turn out to be a happy marriage, one that lasted until death parted them more than forty years later. Paul Reinhold Jobs had been raised on a dairy farm in Germantown, Wisconsin. Even though his father was an alcoholic and sometimes abusive, Paul ended up with a gentle and calm disposition under his leathery exterior. After dropping out of high school, he wandered through the Midwest picking up work as a mechanic until, at age nineteen, he joined the Coast Guard, even though he didn’t know how to swim. He was deployed on the USS General M. C. Meigs and spent much of the war ferrying troops to Italy for General Patton. His talent as a machinist and fireman earned him commendations, but he occasionally found himself in minor trouble and never rose above the rank of seaman. Clara was born in New Jersey, where her parents had landed after fleeing the Turks in Armenia, and they moved to the Mission District of San Francisco when she was a child. She had a secret that she rarely mentioned to anyone: She had been married before, but her husband had been killed in the war. So when she met Paul Jobs on that first date, she was primed to start a new life. Like many who lived through the war, they had experienced enough excitement that, when it was over, they desired simply to settle down, raise a family, and lead a less eventful life. They had little money, so they moved to Wisconsin and lived with Paul’s parents for a few years, then headed for Indiana, where he got a job as a machinist for International Harvester. His passion was tinkering with old cars, and he made money in his spare time buying, restoring, and selling them. Eventually he quit his day job to become a full-time used car salesman. Clara, however, loved San Francisco, and in 1952 she convinced her husband to move back there. They got an apartment in the Sunset District facing the Pacific, just south of Golden Gate Park, and he took a job working for a finance company as a “repo man,” picking the locks of cars whose owners hadn’t paid their loans and repossessing them. He also bought, repaired, and sold some of the cars, making a decent enough living in the process. There was, however, something missing in their lives. They wanted children, but Clara had suffered an ectopic pregnancy, in which the fertilized egg was implanted in a fallopian tube rather than the uterus, and she had been unable to have any. So by 1955, after nine years of marriage, they were looking to adopt a child. Like Paul Jobs, Joanne Schieble was from a rural Wisconsin family of German heritage. Her father, Arthur Schieble, had immigrated to the outskirts of Green Bay, where he and his wife owned a mink farm and dabbled successfully in various other businesses, including real estate and photoengraving. He was very strict, especially regarding his daughter’s relationships, and he had strongly disapproved of her first love, an artist who was not a Catholic. Thus it was no surprise that he threatened to cut Joanne off completely when, as a graduate student at the University of Wisconsin, she fell in love with Abdulfattah “John” Jandali, a Muslim teaching assistant from Syria. Jandali was the youngest of nine children in a prominent Syrian family. His father owned oil refineries and multiple other businesses, with large holdings in Damascus and Homs, and at one point pretty much controlled the price of wheat in the region. His mother, he later said, was a “traditional Muslim woman” who was a “conservative, obedient housewife.” Like the Schieble family, the Jandalis put a premium on education. Abdulfattah was sent to a Jesuit boarding school, even though he was Muslim, and he got an undergraduate degree at the American University in Beirut before entering the University of Wisconsin to pursue a doctoral degree in political science. In the summer of 1954, Joanne went with Abdulfattah to Syria. They spent two months in Homs, where she learned from his family to cook Syrian dishes. When they returned to Wisconsin she discovered that she was pregnant. They were both twenty-three, but they decided not to get married. Her father was dying at the time, and he had threatened to disown her if she wed Abdulfattah. Nor was abortion an easy option in a small Catholic community. So in early 1955, Joanne traveled to San Francisco, where she was taken into the care of a kindly doctor who sheltered unwed mothers, delivered their babies, and quietly arranged closed adoptions. Joanne had one requirement: Her child must be adopted by college graduates. So the doctor arranged for the baby to be placed with a lawyer and his wife.
